Terms:

1% 10-net 30 for dealers with approved credit.
Past due balances charged 1.5% per month on past due account balances.
Credit shipments to dealers with current accounts.
COD shipments to dealers with past due balances.

Freight:

Freight charged on all orders.
Best available carrier and routings determined by AMP at time of shipment.
Shipments sent freight prepaid and billed.
AMP standard shipment policy preferences UPS ground.

Returns:

All returns must be within 30 days of shipping date and be authorized by AMP in advance.
Standard items are subject to a 15% restocking charge and returned in new condition.
Custom items are subject to a 50% restocking charge and returned in new condition.

Prices & Specifications:

AMP reserves the right to change specifications and prices without notice.
AMP updates pricing and specifications through our website and all other literature on a timely basis. Please contact AMP regarding any questions regarding current pricing and specifications.

Warranty

1) Adaptive Medical Products LLC (AMP) warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve(12) months from the date of original shipment by AMP.This warranty is limited to repair of,or issuing of a credit for,as AMP may elect,any defective equipment or part covered by this limited warranty.AMP shall have the option of requiring that the defective product be returned to AMP with transportation being prepaid by the person claiming under the warranty.AMP shall invoice for all charges,parts.labor and transportation for repairs to or replacement of any products found not to be defective or otherwise not covered by the terms of this warranty.AMP's liability is limited to the amount charged by AMP for the defective product and this warranty does not include transportation charges and labor costs for removal or reinstallation.

2) This limited warranty will be null and void and AMP shall have no liability whatsoever,if defect in a product is found to have resulted from improper storage,use or service of the product,including but not limited to storage,use or service not consistent with AMP's instructions and recommendation,if any,for the operation,maintenance,service and storage of the product.In addition,this limited warranty will be null and void and AMP shall be without liability for any defect in any product which AMP,in its opinion,determines has resulted from the product be,repaired or altered by someone other than AMP or has resulted from the misuse,negligence or accident other than by AMP.This limited warranty shall be null and void for any product not manufactured by AMP.This limited warranty also will be null and void and AMP without liability in the event the person claiming under this warranty fails to deliver notice of the alleged defect to AMP within twelve (12) months from the date of original shipment by AMP or within (30) days after the defect was or reasonably should have been discovered,whichever is earlier.

3) AMP does not warrant the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of its products and does not make any warranty,expressed or implied,other than the limited warranty contained herein.

4) AMP shall in no event be liable for loss of use of the products,commercial loss or consequential damage,or damage to other parts of any installation of which AMP product is a part.

5) AMP reserves the right to make changes in a design or improvement in its product without the obligation to incorporate the same in anyproduct previously manufactured.

6) AMP has not authorized anyone to make any representation or warranty other than the warranty contained herein.
